After gathering a few estimates I knew within minutes that Joseph was looking at our system through a different lens. He asked more questions and did a thorough survey before making suggestions for us. He’s the only one that counted all the vents and calculated the CFMs the duct work would handle. He identified that the current ductwork would handle more CFM and we could upsize the system. Everyone else said that our system selection was limited due to width constraints in the mechanical room. That meant we couldn’t get some of the higher efficiency units. Joseph mentioned the width restrictions and said he could fix that and fit in the 4” filter we wanted too. We went with a Bosch and added the larger filter, air purifier and a humidifier. The install is clean, especially the outside. Adam dressed up the supply lines and electrical like a perfectionist. If you prefer quality, you’ll like Schomburg.

Questions and Answers

Q: How can I prevent future AC problems in Missouri?

A:

It's important to schedule regular maintenance at least once a year. Regular maintenance includes inspecting and cleaning coils, checking refrigerant levels, cleaning or replacing air filters, and ensuring the system runs efficiently. Additionally, keeping the area around the outdoor unit clear of debris and ensuring proper insulation in your home can help maintain your AC system's performance.
